Lash Lift
FAQs
-
The result of the treatment depends on the cycle of your natural lashes. The eyelash growth cycle lasts from 10-12 weeks. Every new lash lift is lifting the current lashes. Lifted lashes won’t ‘drop’ back to their original shape; they grow out and are replaced by new, non-lifted lashes. For example: If you have the treatment when your lashes are 4-6 week old, that means the result will last up to 6-8 weeks. Most clients will require a new lash lift at around the 8-week mark.

Allow around an hour and a half for your appointment, as we need to ensure we have enough time to position your lashes perfectly before setting them that way.

Yes! After the first 24 hours, you can wear as much eye makeup as you like. We only recommend avoiding waterproof mascara and eyelash curlers as these can cause lash breakage.

Lash Lifts are super low-maintenance. It’s important to keep them dry, and avoid hot & steamy showers for the first 24 hours. After that, all that you need to do is apply a hydrating aftercare serum to them a few times a week to keep them strong and nourished and encourage growth.

A lash lift won’t damage your lashes if it is performed properly by a trained stylist, but it’s a good idea to keep your lashes hydrated and strong with the aftercare serum.

Lash lifts aren’t recommended for women who are pregnant in their first trimester, but if they have had them previous to being pregnant they can continue from the second trimester. However, results may differ due to the hormonal changes in the body during and after pregnancy.
Anyone who has experienced any previous reaction to a lash lift or eyelash tinting in the past should also consult their doctor before booking an appointment.
