Shelley is an international Award Winning Eyelash Extensions Stylist and certified trainer.
She studied in Electronic Engineering and Accounting for years before she got the beauty calling back in 2014.
Beauty is her calling and she is now a sought after lash and brow artist in Perth with natural and international awards.
